About Anne

Anne began her life as a singer being classical trained at the age of 13, then to be quickly launched into a singing career by the age of 15.  Throughout Anne's schooling in Ohio, she became known as a special events vocalist in the state, recorded three solo CDs, and traveled with various choral groups.

After winning a scholarship under the conditions that she study voice, she completed her music degree with an emphasis in voice from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2007.   After graduation she was performing as a wedding singer and teaching private voice lessons to 50 students over the course of 5 years.  In 2011 she began to pursue theater and was cast in many roles  from Ohio, to Kansas City, and more recently the Bradenton/Sarasota area.  Her most recent role she enjoyed playing was, "Sandra Bloom" in Big Fish The Musical at Sarasota Players.

From 2014-2017  she also taught music in the public schools and appeared in various performances in the area.  Yet it was in early 2017 that she  decided to return to her passion of full time performing along side managing an entertainment company, named "Brave N Beautiful".  Her company provided children's character parties and singing telegrams in the region and received an outstanding 5 star review rating on all online formats where gigs were booked.  During that time her husband and her developed concerts and shows under their own act name, "The Martin Duo".  (check us out at www.themartinduo.com)

Within one year they had booked over 130 concerts and achieved over 56 Five star rating online.  If 2017 wasn't busy enough for Anne, she also was hired during the 2017/2018 season as a professional choir member for the Choral Artists of Sarasota.  Now she is in a season where she wants keep performing alongside of sharing what she knows with others.  It's time to give them the information needed to be successful, that she wished someone shared with her years ago.

Combining music education, performance experience, and business development skills she is ready to start mentoring other who want to successfully sing and gig for themselves as well.
